Arkansas Nuclear one has proven that the same structure and discipline needed to operate a nuclear reactor can be used to design and run a plant safety program. ANO's program recently received OSHA's top grade for effectiveness. You may want to consider emulating parts of it at your plant – even if it's not nuclear.
