Hydro generators, use renewable forms of energy and as a result are the subject of both considerable development and capital investment. Authorities/utilities are now turning, where water sources allow, to this method of generation in order to meet the Kyoto Agreement requirements. We examine in some detail hydro-gen-erator insulation systems. The drive today in all areas of manufacture is one of economics of production and this applies clearly to hydro generators and in particular to insulation systems.
