The rising trend in GHG emissions has to be curtailed and a process to reverse the rise in CO2 levels. Under the agreed terms of UNFCCC GHG emissions would be reduced or limited and rolled back to the levels that were prevalent in 1992. The author sees a tremendous business opportunities for trading in Carbon that may reach 15 billion tonnes per year by the year 2030 valued at $231 billion per year. Another business opportunity exists in the recycling of CO2, the process for which has been patented to convert CO2 into a useful fuel called DME.
