Investigation of performance characteristics in a pump impeller with low blade discharge angle

Impellers with splitters blade have been use in various types of pumps. In this article from Turkey, author of Pamukkale Univerisity and Yasar Pancar of Osman Gazi University elucidate the effects of the number of impeller blades of low discharge angle, in the absence and presence of splitter blades, on the performance characteristics (head, power consumption and efficiency) of a deep well pump.
