Within the two boundary limits of free unlimited available resource of solar radiationand constraints of high investment, developed countries have taken recourse to certain ingenuous step~ that are gradually overcoming obstacles in the way to promote SPY. So much so, world installations in the last 10 years have exceeded 5000 MW, and annual addition is approaching to 1000 MW - with Japan, Germany and USA in the forefront. The practice in those countries is worth emulating - and to begin with - in a small scale without loss of time.
