As decided by the Board, the Publication on “The Design of Siphons” prepared by Shri N. S. Govinda Rao is being published in this Journal in a series of articles for inviting comments and criticisms before bringing it out in a book form as a Board Publication. Copies of the comments may please be sent both to the Secretary, Central Board of Irrigation and Power and the author.
