The use of arch and load constants in the calculation of deformations and in the determination of statically indeterminate crown forces of circular arches are briefly explained. Following a new approach of including the foundation deformation effects the evaluation of arch and load constants are presented. Numerical results presented in this paper would enable a quick analysis of circular arches on elastic abutments.
