Ckugaev’s Resistance Coefficient Method of computing uplift pressure underneath the weir on permeable foundation is explained. The actual values are found out by using Electrical Analogy apparatus and tabulated. Experimental values are found to lie very close to the values calculated by Chugaev’s method.
