Water distribution, water management and socio-economic aspects of irrigation projects under CADA-a case study of neyyar and malampuzha irrigation projects

The performance of two irrigation projects viz., Neyyar and Malampuzha irrigation projects with respect to water distribution, management and response of farmers to CAD activities were quantified. The performance efficiency, conveyance efficiency, seepage losses and the actual area utilised vs. potential created were estimated by standard procedures.
