A simple analytical method of determining accurate uplift pressures beneath structures on permeable foundations of any configuration has been evolved through independent and successive Schwarz-Christoffel Transformations. The method has been extended to calculate Exit Gradient at the downstream end of the foundation. The results obtained by this method have been compared with the theoretical results for two equal vertical piles at the two ends of a horizontal floor for ratios of the horizontal length of floor to the depth of the piles varying from 3 to 24 and the error is found to be within 0.1% which shows that the method evolved is very accurate.
