The type of scheme enunciated in this article has not been implemented before in totality, though various components of this scheme are currently in operation. The basic components of the scheme are Solar Power Plants. Desalination Plants and Long Water Pipelines, and there are plenty of projects in the country and abroad, where one or the other of these components are in operation.
