Low Cost Rain Water Harvesting Model

A low cost rain water harvesting model is formulated and presented here. The model is developed using polythene sheet, mild steel frame and plastic cover. The model is drafted to harvest water, arrest the evaporation of stored water and to facilitate the withdrawal of water as and when required. The objective of the investigation is to create an economically viable solution for rain water harvesting and storage for direct use in agriculture and domestic purpose.
