The data related to class, capacity of expenditure, mode of water supply, count of family members etc. from stakeholders to adopt any new development or technology is important before its design and implementation. As per the prediction of IPCC, UN, World Economic Forum the change in climate impact more on the water bodies and create more migration from water scared towards water surplus area. The ecosystems are under increasing burden due to their exploitation for various societal developments and man-made pollution. This research article comprises of 37 questionnaire and reflection of 230 collected responses as a part of ongoing PhD research work and to attract the attention of stakeholders on the possible water scarcity, their role in mitigation, available solutions and their interest in adoption of sustainable solutions. In this survey about 26.5% female and 73.5% male are participated. The responses showed about 68.3% surveyed stakeholders are agreed to adopt the natural based technology whereas 17% are strongly agreed in adoption. 8.7% responders are from metros, 16.1% from Semi urban area, around 60.9% from Urban area and from rural area 14.3% responders participated in this survey.
