Managing quality in education with accreditation: A change initiative!

The paper aims to identify the role of change management programme like accreditation in bringing quality to the higher education system. Defining the context of accreditation with its benefits are explored. The role of accreditation as a change management initiative is highlighted along with how it can be successfully led and implemented. Various organisations providing accreditation in the higher education (management only) releam are outlined with institutions that have been accredited.
