Promotion and protection of human rights in the global scenario

This paper reflects the promotion and protection of human rights and the application of a human rights-based approach to development programming have gained prominence in the work of the whole world. The promotion of all human rights and fundamental freedoms must be considered as a priority objective of the United Nations in accordance with its purposes and principles, in particular the purpose of international cooperation. This paper also shows the idea of development human rights protection and the security requires the protection of human rights and challenges facing by world in case of human rights. The preparation of this paper on the national situation with regard to human rights in general, and on more specific matters; to promote and ensure the harmonization of national legislation, regulations and practices with the international human rights instruments to which the state is a party, and their effective implementation.
