The purpose of this study was to measure the attitudes of preschool teachers toward teaching profession. The study was conducted on 127 preschool teachers practicing in Delhi and Haryana region as part of National Capital Region. Results provided evidence that Government preschool teachers have more favourable attitudes in comparison to Private preschool teachers. It was also found that less experienced preschool teachers have more favourable attitudes as compared to more experienced preschool teachers. It was also suggested by findings that training has significant effect in shaping the attitudes of preschool teachers.
