There were plenty of studies on Human Resource System, its practices and influence in the organizational setup, only few studies stand towards employee's perception. The current study became very unique and it examines employees perception towards Human Resource Practices followed in Textile Retail shops situated in Erode.
The questionnaire method was adopted to get the first hand primary data and distributed to employees working in textile retail shops in Erode with around 536 employees, and various analyses such as percentage analysis, chi-square, and factor analysis were carried out.
Inferences are prepared from the analysis. The finding reveals that the company's HR practices and perception of the employees. Discussions and implications of the results are included.
