Abstract

The Globalization is having substantial effect among various sectors of most nations, with the advent of globalization the economic, social, industrial and cultural environment of India is changing at very fast rate. Maximize educations potential in rural areas, the government may choose powerful strategies aimed at development started adopting E-Education; Government of India has taken strong step towards E-Education. The methods of delivering E-Education are better understood for all levels of people, it is necessary to identify targets communities, their characteristics in term of attitudes towards E-Education. It is beneficial to people those who having universal access. In another context verifying the implications for governments and education service providers can be highlighted and the institutional level responses to the growing and coming up next is E Learning to provide within the opportunity to study courses as according to their wish. To introduce and use Information & Communication Technology in this areas and investigates in particular the role of globalization and increasing competition. Finally, a number of future scenarios arc presented as well as on outline for research on the strategic pathways intuitions may choose in planning. Because of distance education programmes, E-Learning is a new media available for the teaching – learning process. Universities can use their websites for updating information related to various courses; also have web conferencing facilities for distance progarmmes, as the students are widespread. Even student participation would also be getting improved the E-Learning process. The medium of communication, interest of students is improved updated regularly, doubt clarifications, assignments can be made interesting, online tests can be conducted frequently and continuous leaning for examination takes places and their enhances their IT skills and paves way for time management.
