The Country in the globe has been strongly witnessing the growth with equal contribution from both the gender. The nation has strong support from the women segment and it has been found the most power in the world. Right from administration, production, manufacturing, research, technology and science, Education, Women has been showcasing their strengths that occupy the top rank. It is very interesting to note that the women has moved from the boundary to the outskirt to prove themselves. As per the famous poet, Subramaniya bharathi, women are not slaves and they are the best to the lead anything. Despite of all success, Women are still under positioned due to the EGO status of the other gender. The gender should be more magnanimous to elevate any one who has strength to prove themselves as well as the sector. The historical milestones in the current decade has proved that women are ambassadors to uplift the weak to the success. They handle things in such a way that every one are satisfied and happy. Almost all sectors has brought the change of giving women an entry and giving equal priority. It is quite alarming that the education sector which is highly insulated with women were quite serious think about that whether women are given freedom. The study embarks the lights of women empowerment in colleges and their opinion in related to that. The promotion, self development and bias are the segments that need to be addressed in respect to women employees. It is also fun to address that women play a role being negative to own women employees.
