Abstract

The employee engagement has become a buzz world in business. A coin has the two faces the engagement, disengagement is the other face on the coin. Today it has become a major challenge for organization to reduce the disengagement in the organization. The paper is based on the second data which include the journals, website information. The descriptive methodology is used in the paper to describe about the disengagement. Disengagement leads to low productivity, absents, gossiping, Negative approach to the work environment, leader.
