Work culture: a step towards high performing organizations

An organization is said to have a strong work culture when the employees follow the organization‘s rules and regulations and adhere to the existing guidelines. An Organization is said to be a high performing if it is able to establish a healthy work culture. As a healthy work culture leads to satisfied employees and an increased productivity, thus makes an organization performing high. This paper put focus on an organizations ability to introduce such a culture that will enable its people to be more committed towards its goals thus providing it an edge & proving it to be a HPO.
