Adding to the values and knowledge base of the teaching faculty is an investment for the students, as it ensures analytical thinking and a better future for the citizens and the country. In the developing world, there is a dearth of well read and experienced dedicated teachers for middle rung schools/colleges of higher education. This article especially deals with the How of strengthening the faculty of these colleges. The practical ways of bringing in values, forming an effective syllabus, usage of student feedback forms are discussed in this article.
