Abstract

Significant economic changes taking place around us has become a common phenomena. The financial crisis, emerging and growing markets, new government policies and technologies are sometimes accelerator and sometimes panic buttons on our economies, on market places, and on businesses. Organizations face changing circumstances that require different approaches. The success of Yesterday is no longer a formula for future success. In this juncture Leaders need to be much more engaged with their employees. Engaged employees can help organization achieve its mission, vision and execute its strategy and generate great financial and social results.
