Abstract

This research aims to assess the effect of transparency, participation and accountability partially and simultaneously on service quality. The problem of this research is whether transparency, participation and accountability have partial and simultaneous effects on service quality. The hypothesis of the research is that transparency, participation and accountability have partial and simultaneous effects on service quality.

The research population is 145, while the research sample is 105, extracted by using the Nomogram Herry King chart on a 0.05 or 5% degree of error, by adopting the random simple sampling method.

The results of analysis indicate that transparency, participation and accountability partially and simultaneously affect service quality in the Papua Provincial Office of Forestry and Conservation, with a regression coefficient value of each variable listed as follows: transparency at 0.687 on a sig level of 0.000, participation at 0.228 on a sig level of 0.039, the Fcount value at 606.044 on a sig level of 0.000.
