Abstract

The present study focus on the Impact of Quality Participation among the Employees of Ashok Leyland Ltd, Chennai in terms of length of participation, training participant's feelings about quality circles and support to quality circles. This case study was conducted in Ashok Leyland Ltd of large scale Automobile manufacturing organization in Chennai. From the findings of the study, it can be observed that quality circles have shown that their company is in good place to work and have their job satisfaction. Management is encouraging the circle members in providing infrastructure facilities for conducting meetings, discussions which is a motivational tool for quality circle and organizational performance.
