The purpose of this paper is to overview the Ergonomics factors in BHEL, Trichy. The objective is to give a basic introduction and clear meaning of ergonomics. This study will include the Ergonomics factors in relation of human and their nature of work. Based on the literature, the most significant factors are accidents, fatigue, safety, control of physical work environment and design of work environment. This study will enhance the workers attitudes related to the above factors which may occur in BHEL, Trichy.
