The research was conducted to study the infrastructural facilities, teacher's quality and student's academic achievement of Government primary schools of Punjab. In the present research, descriptive survey method was used to obtain pertinent and precise information. The sample consists of 100 teachers of government primary schools selected from 30 schools of two blocks of Jalandhar district by stratified random sampling technique. A self-constructed questionnaire was used to study teacher quality and a checklist was used to study the infrastructural facilities. The findings revealed that in majority of the schools of Jalandhar East and West block, the quality of teacher has been good but academic achievement of students and infrastructural facilities has not been satisfactory. Hence, It can be concluded that lower academic achievement can be related to poor infrastructural facilities.
