Employee job satisfaction is essential to face the dynamic and ever increasing challenges of maintaining productivity of the organization by keeping their workforce constantly engaged and motivated. This could be overcome by creating a work environment that maintains employee job satisfaction as well as motivates people towards exceptional performance at the workplace achieving work-life balance. Employee performance is directly based on the function of the training with motivation. Training helps to create good result in performance if training is good, performance is also good. Motivation is essential to the performance development and success of any employee. In the present study an attempt has been made to study the motivational programme and its impact on employee performance at J.P.Cement Plant Rewa Madhya Pradesh. Study show the motivational programme and its impact on employee performance appear to be good. The average mean score and percentage score of the overall of 15 items has been computed at 3.5 (62.5%).
