Over past few decades discussions and concern towards Corporate Social Responsibility has taken momentum. Companies no longer ignore this area. Infact increasingly growing companies have taken it as a priority function along with other business functions. CSR is a process through which company‘s aim to encourage a positive impact on all overall wellbeing of society at large through its activities on community, environment, consumers, employees and almost all stake holders of society. B – School of all kinds across world constant strive to have a curriculum relevant for corporate and prepare students for the challenges associated with sustainability in broader sense. With this aim many universities and B-schools have included CSR in their curriculum. The present paper is an attempt to study what were factors which influenced CSR in B school curriculum. Through this paper authors wish to highlight challenges associated with B school curriculum and also suggest a workable model to be adopted by B school. This study is based secondary data and existing literature online and in journals. However authors had discussed some of the experts in this area.
