In the software or IT field each product or job had undergone various processes. Team work is of paramount importance for successful completion of projects and also for solving higher problems. The study focuses on team members, their perception on contribution and also their attitude towards the team. With a sample size of 150 employees from Ramco Systems ltd, Chennai, this study revealed that the age and income never had been a hurdle, for contributing positively towards the team in specific and organization as a whole. Experience of the employees was also found to have significant association with opinion of contributing to the team. This study was further authenticated by suitable reviews.
