Training programme evaluation: a comparative study between normal and special diploma programs

Training Evaluation is a very important part of any training program conducted by any organization. In spite of the efforts made by the organizations, the evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs remains an area of due concern where lot more thought process and more and more efforts are still needed. The results of this research study shows that there is a lot of difference in the attitude and understanding about various aspects of disability rehabilitation among normal and special diploma trainees. Study also shows that a lot of efforts are still needed to sensitize normal diploma trainees about various types of disabilities their needs and various other aspects of disability rehabilitation. The present study also shows that not many such comparisons have been done for the disability rehabilitation training programs.
