Abstract

It includes the formulation of guidelines for fixation of wages for all groups of workers, both in the organized and unorganized sectors in the economy. Further, the wage policies are directed to influence wages across the board irrespective of gender – issue in informed sector. The Broad social objectives of a living wage or a fair wage which reduces of sharp inequalities in wage payments among gender in unorganized sector into too.
