Abstract

The present study attempts to know the work life balance of the women manual workers. The main objective of this research is to determine the factors determining the work life balance and consequences of work life imbalance. For this purpose the researcher has identified the impact of work life balance of women manual workers. The researcher has collected data from both primary and secondary sources. To analyze the data, the researcher has used chi-square test, and percentage analysis. Sample of 125 respondents from different manual worker working in retail shops, hospitals and houses had been used for the study. It is concluded that the women manual workers are satisfied and are able to maintain their work life balance.
