Abstract

This article is based on the various training methods which act as a tool to achieve the expected training objectives. Various references have been cited in support to the conversation. Descriptive research is followed for the research design where primary and secondary data were collected from 150 samples using convenience sampling. Finding shows that 58.6% of the respondents feel that effective training methods are being followed at Nutrine. Research supports the view that employee training is an essential factor to develop skills and competency of an employee.
