Abstract

To entitle the full participation in the business, empowerment of women entrepreneurs is essential, further for achieving the goals of sustainable development and to eradicate the bottlenecks hindering the growths and development of the society it becomes imperative to see to it that women are provided all the essential resources needed by them to make their attempt a successful enterprise. It has been noticed of late that a number of women in India have been successful in achieving their objectives and are now enjoying an international status of being entrepreneurs. In a society like India where youths are fighting all odds to gain employment, this concept can help in boosting the economy by making people self dependent as well as helping others in getting employed. This would be a both way process where women are becoming self dependent, confident and simultaneously helping others in earning their livelihood. Following paper presents such related issues and certain live cases of successful women entrepreneurs of India and also giving an overview for future women entrepreneurs different fields, areas where they could showcase their talent and lead a better and respectful life in the society.
