Strategy is criticalto the success of an organization. Organizations are destined to fail if a strategy is not designed accurately and properly. The study aimsto investigatethe differences between Turkish Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airways from different perspectives. The study focuses on a comparative analysis of business models & business strategies adopted by Turkish Airlines and Cathay Pacific Airways. The study is based on qualitative research methodology. The data was obtained from various secondary sources such as website, case studies and research articles. The results show that Cathy airline is in the top rank compared to Turkish Airlines which is in the fifth rank in global airline rank. It also has been found that despite the fact that Turkish Airlines has higher number of passengers, destinations and aircraft, Cathay Airways has better services. The results also showed that both airlines have business model and business strategies for current and future situation. However, Cathy airline has more effective strategies and business model. They also have similar strategies related to environment, customers, people, fuel efficiency, infrastructure, supply chain.
