Employer Attractiveness is defined as the envisioned benefits that a potential employee sees in working or a specific organization. In this study an attempt has been made to study and prioritize the factors from prospective employee's point of view. For this purpose, first year and second year management students from premier business schools are selected. The idea is to gain insights from novices (students), as they bring new perspectives and fresh ideas in the organization. The factors identified are on the basis of previous study conducted on management students. The mean scores are calculated and the factors are ranked on the basis of mean scores. The scores for first year and second year students are compared. The significance is tested using independent samples t-test. The result shows that ‘Economic Value’ and ‘Application Value’ are the most preferred factors by students. ‘Corporate Social Responsibility’ is ranked last. The companies can use these results for designing their human resource strategy for young employees.
