Job attitudes and burnout are heavily influencing the work place anywhere. Purpose of this study is to find out the role of job attitudes and burnout on the performance of employees of Higher education. A mixed model design consisting of variables burnout, job attitudes and performance are considered. The participants of the study consist of 90 employees working in Higher education sectors like University, first grade Private and Government colleges. The results revealed that, burnout and job attitudes are substantially influencing the performance of the employees. The results imply that job attitude and burnout of the employees of Higher education sector plays a major role in the development and persuasion of stake holders in Higher education. The future carrier and prosperity of the students as well as the nation, depends much upon the efficiency of the system from which they are coming up, and the role of employees are inevitable.
