Stress is a large part of everyday life. Stress is has many definitions and there are many ways to manage stress. Most stress occurs at our busiest moments; school, work and home. Those are the most common places for stress to build. Nevertheless stress is unavoidable. Management students are often said to be under great stress. Management students are at a crucial stage where they have entered in adulthood. They are not only expected to be the elites in the society but they are also a future of the nation. Thus, they should enhance their stress management abilities so as to live a healthy life after entering the society. For management graduate fresher, they need to not only adapt themselves to the new life and new environment but also be familiar with many new people, events, and things. The life stress on them is considerable. Therefore, understanding the sources of stress among them and how they can cope with the stress is very important. Management education is a dangerous period of education time where young people experience self organization and role confusion. For them, stress mainly comes from academic record, final placements, parental pressure, education loan, interpersonal relations, relationship problems, life changes, and career exploration. Such stress may usually cause psychological, physical, and behavioral problems.
