Abstract

In the field of Human Resources one of the major problem encountered by the Professionals is to adjust with the grievances emerged in the minds of the employees at the times of leaving the organization. HR Professionals are devoting high range of time to ensure that the rate of discomfortability can be reduced to its maximum so that the existing operations can run smoothly and will not have any adverse effect thereon. Human resource is a department in the organization which is always taking care of the man working and treating them as assets so that they will be satisfied and the operations can take place smoothly in the organization. For the same purpose a large number of planned activities are formulated by the human resource personnel to face the difficult times of retrenchment, lay off and forced terminations. These activities are drawn in such a manner that major shocks can be absorbed by the management in the most efficient manner and the thrust of dissatisfaction (in respect to the management operations) can be minimized to their utmost extend. The paper is designed to understand some of the ways through which the contingencies will not lead to black ashes but turn out as golden chance mutually to the management and the employees.
