Abstract

BSNL is a public sector communications company and traditionally largest Communication Service Provider in India. In this back ground study is choose to know feedback about BSNL broadband service in Bangalore, this study is also focus on steps taken at BSNL to improve the quality of service. To gain maximum customers, achieve the aforesaid objective data is gathered from 50 business respondents. Researcher found that 12% out of total respondents are felt that BSNL service quality is very much high. 36% of the total respondents are mentioned it is above average, it can be infer that, majority of the subscribers were satisfied with the service quality levels of BSNL, and Subscribers were satisfied with the behavior and conduct of the service personnel.
