Abstract

The main aim of the project is to analyse “The effectiveness of Stress Management in Spiro Solutions Pvt Ltd, Chennai”. This study will help to know the factors causing stress and the strategies that help to overcome Stress. Descriptive research design is used for the research. Simple Random sampling technique is used in selection of the samples from the population. The primary data was collected through the structured questionnaire method. The population size was 320 and sample size is 120. The data collected through questionnaires were classified, tabulated and analysed. The analysis and interpretation were done with the help of statistical tools such as percentage analysis, weighted average method, chi square analysis and Garrett Ranking. Suitable suggestions and recommendations were given to improve the effectiveness of stress Management in Spiro Solutions Pvt Ltd, which the researcher believes may be useful to the organization
