The purpose of this paper is to discuss the issue of employee's turnover in dairy industry in Satara, Maharashtra. It will give open insight into the various factors of employee's turnover like Personal, Push and Pull and which factor more contribute towards employee's turnover among these three factors. This paper also aim to find out the intension of employees to quit a job in dairy industry It shows which factor is more concern to employee's turnover. Convenient sampling used for selection of sample and sample size is 55. Questionnaire method used for data collection. Retention becomes a challenge for dairy industries in today's scenario. This research paper also supportive evaluate Retention of employees in dairy industry.
