Determine the employee turnover in dairy industry with personal, push and pull factors

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the issue of employee's turnover in dairy industry in Satara, Maharashtra. It will give open insight into the various factors of employee's turnover like Personal, Push and Pull and which factor more contribute towards employee's turnover among these three factors. This paper also aim to find out the intension of employees to quit a job in dairy industry It shows which factor is more concern to employee's turnover.
