The article presents the details about Organizational Intervention how it paves way for an effective management. while reading different articles and books, it is understood that need assessment and need analysis the terms are interchangeable. The primary purpose of the system assessment analysis process is to ensure that there is a need for intervention and to identify the nature and content of the program conducting an assessment is a way to collect information that can be used to decide what type of development will be perceived as relevant and useful. As assessment enables a conversion to take place and to answer the question what skills and knowledge is required to be more effective. The system assessment process is an improvement in the development of the organization development program/performance improvement initiatives. The system assessment provides an opportunity to consult with a variety of people in the organization. The information collected, idea generated and the conversations that take place when people discuss their work lives lend enthusiasm to the process.
