One of the most imperative things in the context of economy is expansion of business and flow of money/money circulation for that we go global which leads to country towards development. Thus it becomes indispensible to allow others to our home ground nevertheless a faction of experts contended the ill effect of the invitation of outsiders to home pitch. The present study has made an attempt to examine the impact of F.D.I in retail in Indian market that too on the conditions which Govt. stated like condition of purchasing raw material from small scale industries, setting up back end process etc. on the other hand the negative consequence of F.D.I in retail on organized and unorganized retail sector. Will the foreign companies be able to understand the Indian market so well that they may cater the personalized need of common men like short term credit or the reign will be in the hands on Indian retailers?
