Abstract

The paper attempts to identify the managerial styles adopted by the team leaders of a company HCL Technologies-BPO (India's one of the biggest BPO). A sample of 40 team leaders & fast-trackers were taken. The research instrument titled “Management Style Questionnaire” (A universally accepted questionnaire developed by Uday Pareek containing 36 questions) was used and further it was analysed. The suggestions were made on the basis of findings and it can further be used as succession planning tool and ‘identifying training instrument.
