Abstract

A part of a recently completed all India survey of organizational climate, a comprehensive review of literature on organizational climate was carried out. The organizational climate is based on the perceptions of term climate bar come to be used in two different ways when members of an organization are asked to give their perceptions of organizational climate, there are invariably differences in their perceptions, about the same reality. Organization climate has a major influence on human performance through its impact on individual motivation and job satisfaction. An organizational climate study enables a successful organization to operate more efficiency through the use of worker input and satisfaction ratings. Organizational climate provides answer to many of the questions relating to management of people in the organization. There are four mechanisms by which organization climate affects performance, satisfaction, and attitudes of people in the organization. The study on the effectiveness of organization climate in AMBI PLY PANELS AND DOORS is expected to be useful for the company to improve their organization climate.
