Abstract

The paper compares the role of exogenous factors in the development of entrepreneurship in the case of some entrepreneurs. So, a study was conducted. The study aimed to highlight the difference between role of exogenous factors in case of some entrepreneurs. In process, it also tried to tell whether exogenous factors are the major factors behind the success of entrepreneurs.

There were four variables being investigated in this study: a) Pro active Govt. policies(LPG) b) Infrastructural growth c) Socio Political Dynamics d) Government as facilitator

The study undertook 200 small & medium sized entrepreneurs from Haryana in its preview. It was an exploratory study. Respondents were selected by the stratified random sampling. Convenient sampling was also used. Primary Data was collected by getting structured schedules consisting of variables related to the required objective, filled personally by the researcher. The variables were measured on the basis of 5 point Likert Scale. Central Tendency, Factor Analysis &, ANOVA were used as statistical tools. Factor Analysis was used to club the relevant variables. So, 13 variables were clubbed into4.

Analysis of Data highlighted that: There was not any statistically significant mean difference regarding socio political dynamics.
