The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of the demographic variables on quality of work life of employees working in BPO industry in Hyderabad and to investigate the relationship between quality of work life and some demographic characteristics among them. The research is conducted among 500 BPO employees. And it is found that there is significant relation between gender and quality of work-life, income and quality of work-life. No significant relation found between age and quality of work-life, work experience and quality of work-life. Finally implications are discussed and suggestions for further research are given.
