Lot of researches has already been carried out on this topic and the results indicated that brand trust and customer satisfaction has an effect on brand loyalty. This research has been conducted particularly for two Indian organizations Airtel and BSNL.
The data was collected using questionnaire from customers of airtel and BSNL teleservices. In all 240 respondents were taken using non probability sampling technique. The results indicated that brand trust and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on brand loyalty and there was a significant difference between brand trust and customer satisfaction of Airtel and BSNL and no significant difference was found between brand loyalties of both the brands
